The staff were extremely nice, especially the man at the reception. The room was very nice too, it was clean, quiet and warm. Comfortable beds. Clean bathroom with towels and a hair dryer. We liked the breakfast too, it was very good.
We requested eggs and tea. They also have free parking, the entrance was a little narrow, if you have a big car you might have a problem getting in, but it isn't really that bad. All in all, we liked our stay here, definitely worth the money, and villach is such a cute little town! Overall the hotel was nice.
Plus points include; big nicely decorated room, very clean, manager was very polite, great location -10mins from train station and very close to shops and restaurants. Breakfast was basic but OK for us.
Bad factors were we asked for a double bed but it was two singles pushed togther with a huge gap and matresses were incredibly uncomfortble. When we arrived at 1.30pm on saturday the hotel was closed, had to wait to open up and was greeted by a grumpy reception boy.
My advice is to email the hotel and tell them when you will arrive so they can open for you.
